They say the sincerest form of flattery is imitation, but we aren’t feeling all that flattered. A Chinese website posing as “Attain Bank” has copied our site design, logos and web materials in an effort to lure Chinese investors. At first glance, it looks like the Attain Capital website- but don’t be fooled. If they stole copyrighted material- what will they do with your money?

We’ve reported them to the FTC, Google, Chinese authorities and a host of other regulatory bodies in an attempt to get the site taken down, and hopefully, that will be done soon.  But should you come across them in the meantime, we highly recommend running the other direction.
