February 2026 delivered another broadly positive month, with the U.S. Real Estate leading all asset classes at +5.27% and World Stocks close behind at +5.19%. These gains pushed World Stocks’ year-to-date return to +10.91%, while U.S. Real Estate climbed to +7.87% through the first two months of the year.
Managed Futures posted a strong +3.04% gain in February, building on January’s impressive +4.74% return. This back-to-back performance has propelled Managed Futures to a +7.92% year-to-date gain, placing it third on the 2026 scoreboard and firmly establishing itself as one of the year’s early standout performers.
Commodities continued their commanding run, adding +1.88% in February after January’s +10.49% surge, bringing their year-to-date total to +12.57% — the top performer across all asset classes through two months. Hedge Funds and Bonds also contributed positively, gaining +1.78% and +1.60% respectively, with Hedge Funds now up +4.15% and Bonds up +1.82% year-to-date.
U.S. Stocks was the lone detractor in February, slipping -0.86% after a +1.47% January gain, leaving them with a modest +0.60% year-to-date return. Cash continued its steady accumulation with another +0.31% monthly return, bringing its two-month total to +0.61%.
As we enter March, Commodities hold the top spot on the 2026 scoreboard, with World Stocks and Managed Futures rounding out an impressive top three.
