For those who haven’t heard yet, the United States has a LOT of debt – and it is growing.  To see this graphically – check out  “America’s Debt: The Big Wave (Wall St Cheat Sheet)” brought to my attention on Ritholtz’s blog The Big Picture

The big question is what will this do to US Debt, or more specifically – when will China, Japan, and Saudi Arabia stop buying US debt because we owe too much?  Any such headwinds or hints in that direction would send bond prices much, much lower – a trend which would be bad for stocks and good for managed futures in the long run in our opinion.
